Windows 9x Instructions for installing MDEDrivers for MDE8255LPT-1 Board 

 1) Download the Support Files from the webpage
 2) Extract files to working directory
 3) Copy MDEDriverDLL_9x.DLL from your working directory to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ directory
 4) You can now make the calls to the DLL from your program

The user can now use the DLL to access the board.
