Instructions on how to check the Parallel Port address in Windows.

 1) Open Control Panel
 2) Open Administrative Tools
 3) Open Computer Management
 4) Select Device Manager
 5) Select Ports
 6) Double click on Printer Port(LPT1)
 7) Select Resources Tab
 8) From there you can see your I/O Range (usually 03BC or 0378)
 9) Click OK to close
 
The first number in the range is the Base Address
